Antonio is a co-founder and CEO of Skymantics Europe. He is a specialist in communication networks and services for air traffic services, airline operations and airport management. He has experience in supporting commercial and government customers worldwide in the development of standards and market adoption of new network architectures to enable new aviation concepts of operation.
Antonio is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with an MBA in Aviation. He holds a B.S. in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza, Spain and a specialization in the Master of Wireless Networks from Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan, Sweden.

Charles Chen

Charles is a co-founder and CEO of Skymantics, LLC (US). He is an expert in the area of System Wide Information Management (SWIM) research and development with a focus on the Flight Information Exchange Model (FIXM) and Flight Object concepts. He is an award winning author of technical papers published in the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) Proceedings, Integrated Communications Navigation and Surveillance (I-CNS) conference, and Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) testbeds.
Charles holds a Bachelors of Electrical and Computer engineering from Auburn University and a M.S. in Systems Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
